Pilot/Owner Ray Newcomb and Pilot Kurt West

In 1983, Joe Brigham started his helicopter company called Joe Brigham, Inc.  Ray Newcomb first became associated with Joe Brigham, Inc. in 1984. Ray purchased the company in 1995.

 Today, the company is known as JBI Helicopter Services.  The company primarily operates in New England and New York State, but has performed jobs as distant as South Carolina and Idaho.  JBI operates 4 Bell 206BIII Jet Rangers, 1 Garlick OH-58A+, 1 Bell 206L, and a Bell 407.  We are FAA certified for Passenger Carrying Operations, External Loads, Agricultural Operations, and as a Helicopter Repair Station.

In addition, JBI specializes in Power line Patrol, Construction Support, Mountaintop Radio Antenna Construction & Maintenance, Rooftop HVAC lifts, Forest Firefighting, Concrete pouring, and various aerial applications of dry and liquid materials.
