External Load work allows for ease of construction in nearly inaccessible locations due to environmental restrictions or natural topography such as mountainous terrain, wetlands or offshore islands. Maximum load lift capacity is 1000 pounds for the Jet Ranger and 2000 pounds for the Bell 407. JBI has performed many HVAC rooftop lifts. We have poured concrete in areas unreachable by trucks. We have worked on mountaintop cell sites setting towers.
